Do I need to make a reservation?

No, but we recommend it. We get very busy, especially on weekends and during the winter season. So it's best to reserve your spot early.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, we reserve the right to charge a small fee for no-shows – simply because we want to guarantee a spot for every guest.

When are you open?

Our opening hours for the 2025/26 winter season:
October 26, 2025 – April 6, 2026
Daily from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm.
The kitchen is open all day.

Where can I find you?

You can find us in the heart of the village center:
Village 13, 6373 Jochberg, directly on the ski slope.
There is ample parking available on site.
The bus connections are excellent – the ski bus stops practically right in front of the hotel.

What do you have to eat?

Our cuisine stands for honest, Austrian dishes with
Focus on premium meat and regional ingredients. They are particularly proud of
we focus on our Wiener Schnitzel and premium Austrian meat
from MEZGA, prepared on the traditional Robatayaki grill.
Vegetarian dishes are a regular part of our menu, vegan dishes are also available.
There is a small, select range of options.

Where does your meat come from?

Our meat comes exclusively from Austria, from happy farmers.

Are children welcome?

Of course! Children are very welcome at the Schwarzer Adler Jochberg.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

The dining room is accessible at ground level, the toilets are located there
They are located on the first floor and are therefore unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common payment methods – cash,
Debit/credit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Are there any coupons?

Yes! Our gift vouchers are available online and in-store. Perfect as a gift for gourmets.

Can I host events or parties at your venue?

Of course – the Schwarze Adler Jochberg is the perfect location for weddings, christenings, company parties, or birthdays. The church is right next door – ideal for celebrations followed by a reception. We have several charming rooms available.

Do you offer takeaway or catering?

Not at the moment – we are focusing entirely on the restaurant experience.

Yes – and what a view! Our sun terrace with panoramic views of
